Armillary sphere
Again a smaller project I did for my pleasure.
I’m not a specialist for astronomics, so it was a little tricky to figure out how the thing works – placing the scales in the right angle a.s.o.
Originally I wanted to add another scale showing the moon’s orbit, and I read somewhere that it’s inclined about 5 degrees against the sun’s ecliptic – but in which direction? I didn’t find out, so if anybody knows, please leave a comment.
